What we store
Your email, name, timezone, the households you belong to, the meal plans your household writes, and what you log as eaten, swapped or skipped. If you set calorie or macro goals, we store those too.
What your household sees
Members of your household see the shared plan and whether each person marked a meal as eaten, swapped or skipped. They do not see your calorie or macro totals, your goals, or the text and photos you log for “ate something else”.
AI estimates
When you ask for a calorie estimate, the plan text, your description, or your photo is sent to Anthropic's Claude API from our server to produce the estimate. We do not use your data to train models.
Notifications
Reminders are delivered through Expo's push service. You can turn them off in the app at any time.
Deleting your data
Email hello@eatmind.app and we will delete your account and everything attached to it.
